Before signing up your child(ren) for Faith Formation, please be aware of these two points.
- If your child is between the ages 8 and 17 years old and has not been baptized please contact Christine Davis to inquire about the OCIC (Order of Christian Initiation for Children). - If your child has been baptized and you are seeking First Eucharist they must have one year of religious education either through the parish Faith Formation Program or Catholic Education, prior to enrolling in the Sacramental Preparation program for First Reconciliation and First Eucharist.

Please provide a copy of your child’s baptismal certificate at time of Sacramental Prep registration. A digital copy can be emailed to lisaz@saintmartinoftours.cc or a hard copy. brought to the parish rectory. Thank you!
The fee for Sacramental Preparation is $XX which can be paid using the Tithe/Donate/Pay button below or on the parish homepage. Then select Sacramental Preparation line and enter $XX and family name.
May also pay with cash or check at the rectory or given to Faith Formation Director. Checks are payable to St. Martin of Tours Church.
