For the “Teaching Masses” we seem to be following what was put out by the Diocese. Studied Part 1 (Gathering or Introductory Rites) and 4 (Commissioning or Concluding Rites) this Sunday. Part 2 (Storytelling or Liturgy of the Word) will be the following weekend and then Part 3 (Meal Sharing or Liturgy of the Eucharist) …
All three videos that were shown at Masses in the last weeks are available to view on the Diocese website if you missed any or want to review again. In the next three weeks, the celebrants will be conducting “Teaching Masses” where they will interject explanations as they go to explain what is happening.
Kyle is a seminarian and studying 1st year Theology at USD. He will be helping out at St. Martin for about 3 months doing whatever Fr. Elmer assigns him to. So please give him a warm welcome if you see him. And be sure to include him in your prayers with his studies.
