Infant Baptism

The parents and community express their willingness to guide and support the child in their new life with Christ.

The Sacrament of Baptism for infants and preschool age children requires parent attendance at one Baptismal Seminar which is held on:

Third Tuesday of the month
at 7 p.m. in the Holy Spirit Chapel
(north of the main altar).

Registration for the seminar is required.

Baptism of School Aged Children
and Adults

When a person has their own desire to be baptized, instruction is provided to help the person to embrace the sacrament and receive support from the community.

Children Grades K-6
Participate in the Faith Formation
or be enrolled at Saint Martin's Academy

Youth in Grades 7-12
Participate in Youth Ministries,
be enrolled at Saint Martin's Academy
or other Catholic school

Adults
go through the Rite of Christian Initiation
of Adults (RCIA)
